This half day course covers the principles of serving a tasty meat-free meal by using easily sourced fresh ingredients. When I can I use what’s in season and also my aim is finding the best produce I can.
The course is run in small groups which gives you the chance to ask plenty of questions and time to observe the demonstrations. Once you have seen the techniques in first hand then it’s time for you to return to your work station and cook. I am on hand to help you ensure you enjoy the cooking experience.
At the end of the session you will be able to take home your meal and share with your friends and family.
