This course will give you the opportunity to cook some delicious dishes that represent the best of traditional cookery.  Whether that’s making pastries from scratch or building sauces and flavours we will cover a lot of ground.

You will get a demonstration from Kim for each of the menu items you will be cooking, giving you hints and tips before you have a go yourself at your own fully equipped work station.

As our classes are small, you can relax and enjoy your cooking with the other course members with help and advice on hand when you need guidance.
