About the Course
Your visit to Kim’s Norfolk Kitchen begins by helping yourself to some light refreshments and during this time you can introduce yourself to your fellow course members.
Kim will go through what you will be learning throughout the lesson and what you will be cooking.
Everybody has their own workstation which is equipped with all the utensils and equipment you will need during the course. Take the opportunity to familiarise yourself with your area before we start the course.
Once everybody feels at home we will begin the course with a demonstration from Kim on how to make the pasta dough. This gives you the chance to have a look first hand to what is involved and you can ask questions whenever you want. Then it’s time for you to return to your work area and start making your pasta. There is always help at hand and you will have the recipe to refer to.
Drinks are available throughout the time you are with us and we will have a break at some time.
At the end of the session you will take home all of your culinary creations to share with family and friends.
Most importantly you will be wondering what you may be cooking (this may be subject to change)
- Traditional Italian Raviolli
- 2 Italian pasta sauces
- How to make fresh pasta dough
- How to cut, shape and fill your pasta
- About suggested fillings and sauces
Due to the use of induction hobs please let us know if you have a pace maker fitted.
